Request for proposals diagram
The three shortlisted proponents will submit fully developed, binding technical proposals that will contain engineering and construction plans and rigorously defined technical elements and financial proposals that demonstrate accepted sound financial backing. The lowest priced, technically compliant proposal will be chosen.
